Specific skill sets:
  • In essence, we are looking for a strong marketing manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth. While they will be leading a small team to handle many of the below tasks, it is essential for the Marketing Manager to have a deep understanding of how to execute these points effectively themselves.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, events, etc.) - candidate must have the end-to-end skills, including creative.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide reports on marketing ROI
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Manage, mentor, and train the marketing team to drive performance and professional development.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management about marketing strategies, performance, and business impact.
