Who are we: A leading international marketing and communications agency.

Who are looking for: A PR account director in Nigeria with at least 10 years agency experience who is equipped to work 100% remotely in Nigeria.

What will you do:

Client and Work:
  • Lead multiple accounts and teams, ensuring smooth execution of client programs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Mobilise specialist teams (media, digital, creative) to deliver comprehensive client programs and exceed expectations.
  • Build lasting client relationships beyond the scope of work by proactively suggesting improvements.
Leadership and talent management:
  • Mentor and develop direct reports for high performance and growth.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support DEI initiatives.
Growth and business development:
  • Support new business development and identify organic growth opportunities with current clients.
  • Collaborate on business pitches and deepen client relationships.
Business acumen:
  • Manage programs within budget, collaborate on staff planning, and expand knowledge of agency services.
What do you need:
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Must be able to engage in conversations at a senior level and work independently.
  • Must be a trusted advisor to our client.
  • Give sound, strategic counsel to clients when they call.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a PR agency.
  • Must have strong fintech or corporate background.
  • Must have solid writing capabilities.
  • Events and content is a major priority for this client, so experience with this is critical.
  • They must be able to work with teams from different markets (Kenya, Dubai, SA).
  • Must have strong work ethic, be reliable and have the ability to work independently.
  • Must be fully equipped to work 100% remotely.
  • Must be able to work on Tech and Healthcare clients, amongst others.
  • Must be able to present well.
