Who are we: A global online marketing agency based in Australia, specialising in the medical industry. Who are we looking for: UX/UI Web designer, copywriter, and CRO specialist What will you do:- Build wireframes for websites and landing pages based on client input and competitor research.
- Craft visually compelling designs based on those wireframes or on provided wireframes from management.
- Contribute across multiple stages of the web design process, ensuring seamless user interfaces, excellent copywriting, and effective conversion strategies.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices in UX, UI and web Design.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and timelines
- Engage with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs and to facilitate a smooth handoff between design and development stages
What do you need: - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong experience with design software used for wireframing and web design (Figma, Photoshop, Moqups, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UI and UX and graphic design principles, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards project completion
