Who are we looking for?
An experienced advertising sales manager with a strong background in retail media networks and digital media sales, particularly on commerce platforms. You should have a proven track record of achieving a minimum of R100m in targets and 3-5 years of experience managing team leads and other managers. We seek a strategic thinker who is hands-on, performance-driven, and possesses a start-up mindset.
What will you do?- Drive growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing advertising sales teams.
- Utilise a data-driven approach to track, measure, and analyse sales performance.
- Design and implement a strategic sales strategy across retail, marketplace, and CRM teams to expand our customer base and improve customer retention.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
What do you need?- 5-10 years of media sales experience, with at least four years in a senior management position.
- A solid understanding of sales targets and strong agency contacts.
