Who are we: A specialist media agency with a focus on radio and TV.

Who are we looking for: A media sales specialist with TV and radio media sales experience.

What will you do:
As a media sales specialist, you will drive our advertising initiatives across radio and television within your portfolio to achieve your target. This role requires a deep passion for sales and skillful strategic selling
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow a robust portfolio of new advertisers
  • Increase sales and drive revenue growth within your portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and client decision-makers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
  • Understand your clients’ needs to tailor and present compelling pitches to secure high-value advertising deals
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless results, from pitching to campaign executions
  • Understand market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in media advertising
What do you need:
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience in the media advertising space
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that grow a portfolio of new advertisers and drive revenue growth
  • Strong skills in identifying and developing new business opportunities and solutions
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Good knowledge of the South African Radio and TV industry
  • Self-driven and accountable in every step of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating accountability and effective communication
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
