Our client based in George, Western Cape is looking for a temporary HR administrator/creditors clerk to join their team on a three-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions while managing creditors and financial administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain and update employee records
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee information
- Handle HR documentation, including contracts and leave management
- Assist in general HR administrative tasks as needed
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices
- Manage payments and ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end processes
- Address supplier queries and discrepancies
- Support the finance team with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration and creditors management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
