Join a dynamic team as an automotive workshop manager and play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our workshop. Reporting directly to the dealer principal, this permanent management-level position provides opportunities to lead and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities- Manage workshop operations efficiently
- Ensure maintenance, services, and repairs are carried out to the highest standards
- Handle customer escalations and maintain excellent customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Lead and motivate service staff, including technicians and apprentices
Skills and qualifications- Red seal qualified
- Expertise in maintenance, services, and repairs
- Strong skills in managing escalations and ensuring high CSI
- Proven ability to lead and motivate service staff, technicians, and apprentices
