Roles and responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Evaluate customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
- Maintain accurate client records and create customer databases
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programmes
- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
