As a business analyst in the online sales space within our innovation department, you’ll drive the optimisation of our digital sales platforms. Your mission will be to turn data into action by analysing metrics, enhancing sales funnels, and aligning digital efforts with strategic goals. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll help develop scalable solutions that boost customer experiences and drive conversion success.
Key responsibilitiesData analysis and reporting
- Identify key metrics to track online sales performance
- Develop and implement actionable reports for stakeholders, aligning with strategic goals
Sales funnel optimisation
- Analyse the digital sales funnel and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with digital marketing and development teams to optimise conversion rates and customer acquisition
Digital strategy development
- Refine digital sales strategies through data-driven recommendations
- Align customer experience initiatives with business objectives and market trends
Project leadership
- Lead digital sales projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and stakeholders for smooth execution
Customer journey enhancement
- Work with customer experience teams to streamline the online sales journey
- Ensure user-friendly experiences across all digital touchpoints
Innovation and technology integration
- Stay informed of digital trends, evaluating and implementing tools to enhance customer experience and efficiency
Skills and experienceEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a business analyst role, focusing on digital sales or e-commerce
- Background in data-driven decision-making and digital strategy development
Technical skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies, UX, and customer journey optimisation
Communication and leadership
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
- Proven project management skills and experience in cross-functional team collaboration
