WESSA joins MyPlanet community
Independent fundraising initiative, MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet recently signed up the Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa (WESSA) as one of its MyPlanet beneficiaries, enabling cardholders to contribute to the work WESSA does to protect and preserve the environment by simply swiping their cards when shopping.

Each time a MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card is swiped at a participating retailer, up to 10% of the overall purchase total is donated by the retailer to your beneficiary of choice at no cost to you.
"Often people want to make a difference, but they don't know how. This is the ideal way for the public to establish and grow the awareness of environmental issues in the mind of a child who would otherwise never have access to it," says Pieter Twine, MySchool general manager.
Participating retailers include Reggies, Toys R Us, Woolworths, EngenQuickShops, Waltons, kalahari.net, SupaQuick, Jack's Paint & Hardware, Club Travel, Toner Town and AltechNetstar.
