Born out of a seemingly impossible challenge - to make a stylish suitcase that combines Samsonite's renowned strength with immense lightness - the luggage maker used a new concept in thermoplastics known as Curv technology which incorporates an innovative woven layering technique and an advanced lightweight, impact and scratch resistant material.

The result is a moulded suitcase with shell-like ridges that is not only fashionable but light enough to allow for that little bit of extra packing and strong enough to survive airport transfers.

The Cosmolite range, which comprises 55, 61, 74 and 85cm Spinner suitcases plus a matching beauty case, is now available in red, silver and black from luggage stores countrywide. Spinner suitcases feature four, multi-directional spinner wheels that allow 360 degree upright rolling in multiple directions.
