Cuvée Sublime is an antique and bronze gold, with delicate, nonchalant bubbles that have a maturation period extended by a year and with a generous dosage. A great demi-sec champagne, a blend of majority created of Pinot Noirs, the fruit is ripe, juicy and melts into pastry flavours, such as caramel, vanilla and dark rum.

Rare Millesime 2002 vintage embraces the eye with a dazzling, crystal clear, yellow gold enlivened delicate and shimmering effervescence. Elaborated with a majority of Chardonnays from the Montagne de Reims region and complemented with Pinot Noir. The Rare 2002 is a blend of 17 crus that matured for over seven years in the cellars, emerging a delicate, golden and exotic fruit to the nose; the depth is honed, precise in harmony with delicate meringue.

Cuvée Sublime will retail for R550 and Rare 2002 at R2,450 per bottle, which will be available from leading liquor stores nationwide.

In selected stores only, on purchase of a bottle, the famous Christian Louboutin stiletto tasting flute is a complimentary gift to consumers. Piper-Heidsieck has adopted the tradition of Le Rituel by Christian Louboutin. The stiletto champagne flute, designed by the shoe master, which stands on a translucent sole saturated by an iconic red hue of seduction, perfectly pairs with the renowned Piper-Heidsieck. The sole comfortably holds 20ml of champagne and is sipped out the heel.
