NEWSWATCH: Earlier this week, the controversial Broadcasting Amendment Bill, which President Kgalema Motlanthe had sent back to Parliament unsigned, was adopted by the National Assembly after the necessary changes were made to bring it in line with the constitution, reports IOL.
