Juxtaposed Virtue, a local jazz ensemble from Ekurhuleni Vosloorus. Formed in 2008 and has already shared the stages and performed in same events were big local and international artists have performed such as the Joy of jazz 2010, Moretele park 2010, Moshito 2010, just to name a few

The band was formed in 2008. And soon after that it was asked to perform at weddings, charity events and live music venues such as Springs Theatre, 50th Anniversary of Shapville mascre, The Joy of jazz Johannesburg 2010 and 2011, The tribute to heroes concert at Moretele Park 2010, Gautrain launch for the 2010 Fifa world cup at O.R. Tambo International airport, Moshito 2010, Moses Molelekwa arts centre.
The band feels proud to have shared the stage with Hugh Masekela, Don Laka at the Moretele park concert. Vusi Khumalo band at the Springs theatre. Chris Botti, Ravi Coltraine at the Joy of jazz Jhb 2010. Wynton Marsalis, McCoy Tyner, Marcus Wyatt at the Joy of Jazz 2011. Paul Hamner band with McCoy Mrubata and Feya Faku at Moses Molelekwa arts centre.
Our music is influenced by God, african rythms, & a lot of musical elements.
Juxtaposed Virtue was one of the bands that were under Puisano Live Music programme 2009/10 endorsed by the department of Arts & Culture. An award from the Vosloorus Jazz workshop in partnership with Ekurhuleni jazz association was also awarded to the band for contributing to the art called Jazz. All members of this band have MAPP-SETA certificates qualifying them as Performing Artists.
