My name is Sifiso Nsele and background includes:
Serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments.
Most recently, I worked in the customer service environment at pioneer foods, where my responsibilities included handling customers, dealing with execution of sales, indoor hygiene, promotions and placement of orders (stock control), flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors.
Currently, I work for Mthonjaneni Municipality as an Office administrator (intern), typing Agendas for Meetings, Preparing Meeting packages and distributes to Council Members at least two days prior to the Meeting. Attending Meetings, keeping records and transcribe Minutes of all local Meetings. Word Processes all Manuscripts, Documents, Letters and Proposals. Process incoming Emails and outgoing Emails, File all correspondence, Compile and Maintain up to date telephone directory numbers and addresses. I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such, answering calls in a courteous manner, Record massages accurately, direct calls and respond to enquirer.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during volunteer work as shop manager while out of employment.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and drivers licence code 10, call center skills, which comes in handy because I acquired negotiation skills, communication skills and basic customer service.
