I am a young, dynamic, target driven individual.
Over the last 10 years, have focused my efforts on developing and mastering Events Management.
This gave me the necessary insight needed to develop my own niche.
Through effective planning with a potential problem analysis strategy in place I ensure that all requirements are met.
Working in different industries with different of people has given me a great directory of effective people to rely on.
I pay close attention to detail ensuring the right relationships are built through effective communication and team awareness.
Any successful event needs a strong team. That team needs to be rooted in honest communication.
With a team leader who is able to delegate his or her instruction and assist hands on if the direction is not met.
By maintaining my student mentality gives me the necessary edge needed to affectively manipulate "peoples out of the box" approach to any given situation.
By maintaining this mentality gives me the availability to learn from everyone on the team. I am continually learning and won't stop.
Every successful event is a team effort. I am only as strong as my team.
