• Stock write off
• Stock return to vendor
• Fast invoice entry.
• Change purchase order
• Create purchase order
• Merchandise and order report
• Working all this on SAP
my duties at dis-chem as i was moved from the tills
Equipment and repairs.
• Update ledger cards.
• Electronic receiving and issuing of stock.
• Updating expenditure vouchers.
• Updating index cards.
• Drawing summary reports to update the ledger cards.
• Filing of face value documents.
• Submission of requisition documents to purchasing department.
• Counting stock during stock taking and compiling a stock taking report
• Receiving and safekeeping of stock
• Certifying delivery notes.
• Maintenance of the 0-9 file.
• Distribution of stock items to the various warehouses and special items directly to the end users.
• Compilation and capturing of monthly reports (Medusas and Cash flow statement).
• Complete RLSO2 for consignment verification
• Receiving stock from transit section.
• Issuing stock for the end users.
• Updating and verifying summary reports.
• Liaising with the end users regarding enquiries, catalogue codes and stock orders.
• Recording of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Counting stock during stock taking.
• Disposal of expired items.
