service and retail environment. I am currently working as a Marketing Assistant
at Capfin and my responsibilities are:
Internal communication: Provide support for marketing events as well as
the internal company Newsletter.
Procurement: Liaise directly with suppliers
Administration: Filing. Invoicing, claims and general team administrative
support. Ensuring that both the marketing team and agency partners
comply with the SOP.
Team meeting scheduling and diary coordinating.
Previously, I worked as a team administrator at Woolworths Head Office in the
Woolworths Marketing Group within the Events, Sponsorship and Hospitality
department which was a three month internship whilst studying towards my
Diploma. My responsibilities as the team administrator was:
Create and manage a system for equipment lending within the system
Liaise with suppliers and stores
Coordinate and collect products for shoots
Liaise with product groups with the business for various events
Supplier archive management
General team finance administration
Support event managers during events (setup, coordinating, registration)
RSVP management
Liaising with the agency
