My experience in Human Resources spans over 23 years. I am very passionate about HR and people. I take great pride in my work and career and with that I have a high work ethic. Taking initiative has always been my strong point along with working under pressure, understanding responsibility and taking ownership. Possessing social skills that build and maintain relationships across and beyond the organisation. Always striving to do my best in any situation to meet company objectives.
I have contracted extensively, by default, however the exposure in different positions and environments has built my HR experiences broadly allowing me to become the well-rounded HR professional I am. In most positions, I was responsible for people management, implementing and affecting change and over-seeing effective HR processes and procedures with the objective of enhancing the organisations' business strategy through the utilisation of HR. My roles included providing strategic and operational direction, consulting and counselling senior and line management and ensuring the organisations meet South African labour law requirements.
I will bring reliability, professionalism and dedication to the roll as I am reliable, considerate, personable and comfortable working with all levels. Along with my HR skills, I will bring a creative and positive energy, strong organization skills, project management and excellent communication skills, accompanied by my passion to work with others towards a common goal. Working with people and processes and combining the two to deliver quality and impact. In addition, engaging with people, bringing order and understanding and helping to create a collaborative team. I am most motivated by getting a job done well, developing new ideas and ways of improvement and achieving goals.
