Nov 2004 / Nov 2005 - Woolworths Canal Walk - Menswear Specialist - In this position I was till trained and responsible for the over all maintenance of the Menswear department.

Nov 2005 / Jan 2007 - Woolworths Canal Walk - Customer service consultant- In this position I got to interact with the client on a more professional level. One on one service, telephonic service locating stock internally and externally. The holding of stock and tracking of incoming and outgoing IBT's (inter branch transfers). This also included large company uniform orders.

Feb 2007 / Nov 2011 - Woolworths Canal Walk - Visual Merchandiser -Working with the VM Manager & sales assistants to achieve store goals. Involved in rearranging, remerchandising & replenishing new stock as it arrives. I was able to explore creatively in all departments. Organizing, effective and efficient utilization of store space.
