A Project Coordinator, working in a Community Development environment specializing
in training, Community Works Programme, Institutional Development and Capacity
building. Accountable for implementing and facilitating training for commercial projects.
Also, responsible for procurement of training materials and tools. Involved in research
for the development of training manuals/aids. Coordinated Community Works
Programme (CWP) in the training department, where I coordinated 80% of the training
between the 2018/19 and 2019/20 financial year. Facilitated and coordinated the work
of multiple project teams, engaged in the establishment and implementation of new
projects to support the Project Manager. Supervised a team of 3 interns in Project
Administration. A bachelor of Social Work (Hounors) and Organizational Psychology
degree holder from the University of Witwatersrand. Looking to obtain a more
stretching position in a well reputed organization with potential for development in the
area of Project Management.
