I am an enthusiastic and target oriented individual with extensive experience in machine operations, troubleshooting, job setups and stock control. I have an eagerness and willingness to work and meet more new challenges. I am attentive to detail individual, hardworking, a quick learner, a genuine team player and a good leader.
A servant leader with twelve years of production experience, adept at improving and identifying problem areas in production and guiding team staff in the collaborative implementation of corrective actions. In my previous position as a team leader I got a chance to work with an ambitious team and we broke the monthly target set in place for several months. In my last position I trained as a production supervisor on voluntary basis to better my skills as a leader.
