After working at Boston City Campus as a Training advisor, Sibongiseni left Boston to join in Liberty Life in October 2010 to work as a Mainframe Operator. 3 years later after joining the Liberty Group, Sibongiseni was appointed as an IT Security Analyst at the same company. Mr. Nyaka worked as an IT Security Analyst for 1 year and after that, he was promoted to be a BIS (business intelligence specialist (which he did for a period of about a year), after which he decided to resign ad go start his own business.
He and his lovely wife Motshedisi Nyaka then started a company called S&M IT Solutions, which was not to bad for first-time business owners, but unfortunately, the company collapsed a few years later (4 years), but for Mr. Nyaka the dream did not end there, as he re-opened another company called Mawe Consulting which is currently suffering financially as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, however, Mr. Nyaka is very certain that this is not just another ship which he is about to sink as many might see it, but rather he sees it as a new learning curve and says that should he fail again this time, for him it won't just be a failure, but new lessons learned, which is what he believes is important
