I have vast experience in the OE and aftermarket World from all aspects of after- sales and service, to Sales and Sales Management.
I am extremely strong in the analytical side of a Business and thrive on analysing issues, pulling them apart, and creating workable plans and actions to grow and exceed all targets and market share. I have been extremely successful managing divisions nationally as well as Regionally.I have been involved actively in every aspect of the business and dealerships, and have the ability to develop multiple departments at the same time.
I have had great success in coaching my staff to all over exceed their work and personal targets.I have enjoyed the services of a second coach who guided and trained me solely on coaching a sales team.I was recently chosen to join an international group of managers to design and implement a challenger sales curriculum in Sweden, which will be rolled out across Scania worldwide.
My divisions have exceeded targets year on year, and this is what I thrive on.I have taken quite a few projects that have never taken off, despite years of others efforts, and made them viable. On the Parts side I was invited to present my business plans at a world conference in Istanbul which created a new way of working worldwide. On the maintenance contract side I worked closely with the head office in Amsterdam to create a workable division from scratch.
I enjoy the Passenger OE business, as well as the commercial truck industry however have the ability to implement my ideas and skills in any sales environment and can prove in an interview how I can assist in taking the company or division to the next level.
I am looking at positions where I can guide, coach, plan and execute within either the Sales or the after sales sector.I am extremely hands on, and have no issues jumping in to assist in any position / task when it is necessary.Im often in safety shoes on the workshop floor assisting to improve process and flow, or delivering, and demonstrating vehicles myself, when necessary.I also enjoy the dealer network development side of the business and have the ability to work with and develop all divisions.
Positions I would be looking for would be the likes of, National / Regional Sales Manager National Parts and maintenance contracts manager, dealer principal, Dealer development ,Business development, Brand/Product management, Account Management.
I am a very competent presenter with a very persuasive ability to either, big or small groups, workshops, conferences or at a boardroom table to a tough crowd. I am an extremely hard worker, and I persist at everything I do to exceed expectations. I thrive on building a viable team and can coach the very experienced, lone wolf type sales person as well as the brand new sales person entering the game for the first time.
