I spent more than two decades of my life growing potential as an English teacher. The defining moment in my life was when I became a widow in 2009 and realised again with renewed intention what a precious gift, everyday is. The creed of D.H. Lawrence to "be perfectly alive" became my creed too. This belief and my love for people made me leave the comfort zone of a monthly pay cheque and launch my own life coaching company. I am passionate about helping people live their best lives, create balance, bring about change, follow their dreams, create focus and realise their full inner brilliance. Life is too short to waste potential, to live with fear, doubts, frustrations and a general feeling of "there should be more"!
I have various teaching diplomas, a BA degree, modules in Computer Integrated Education and trained as a life coach through Results Coaching Systems. My talent guide accreditation through Africanmosaic allows me to useClifton's StrengthsFinder as a developmental tool. My ability to grow potential, my respect for individualism and my commitment to excellence, give my coaching a strong foundation.
