As a Principal for the past 3 years, I have gained extensive knowledge in the management of a larger staff compliment. I have experience with all aspects of management, e.g. Managing people, managing assets, budgeting, appraisal of employees, dispute management, negotiating contracts, setting up and managing meetings project management, strategic planning, to name only a few. My life motto is "Failing to plan is planning to fail".
