From textile (soft) furniture (hards) and children's toiletries (fmcg) I have had success in benchmarking products and obtaining market share across the board.
With a solid supplier base on product and merchandise, I am able to source and locate appropriate items that are either "top end or war goods".
Having brand managed Barbie toiletries and other premium products, working on creative copy and marketing materials is second nature, as is being part of an overall team.
This is reflective in my thorough understanding of merchandising and retail layout, by considering the nature of retail and the optimal positioning of "product" to achieve maximum sales.
