I spent 12 years in HR and Recruitment. Loved the career profiling, psychometric profiling, career counseling, recruitment aspect. Detested the "carrot or the stick" mentality of CCMA, disciplinaries and the Labour Law. Moved over to marketing & Advertising. Love the challenges, love all things digital, not so sure about the hours...
