Model Agent at Max Models
September 2008 - April 2016

I have been a model booker / agent at a well known and prestigious Cape Town agency called Max Models.

Some of my responsibilities included:

- Booking both still and TV commercial jobs
- Setting up go-sees with clients nationwide
- Managing various schedules
- Setting up travel details such as flights and visa applications
- Financial negotiations
- Dealing with legal contracts

I used tools in this role such as:

- CDS booking system
- Photoshop Elements (on basic touching for images in models' portfolios)
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Expression Web (for basic email signatures / stationary etc.)
- Wordpress
- Portfolio Pad
- Outlook Express

Rental Agent at Engel & Volkers
March 2012 - December 2012

I started the Property Rental Division for Engel & Volkers for their newly opened offices in the beautiful suburb of Camps Bay, Cape Town.

Some of my responsibilities included:

- Sourcing available properties to rent and list at Engel & Volkers
- Meeting with home owners to secure the properties for our agency
- Showcasing the available properties to potential tenants
- Taking professional looking photographs of the properties that we had available and listed
- Advertising my properties on various networks and websites and constantly keeping them updated
- Administrative work and management of certain rented properties
- Financial negotiations
- Dealing with legal contracts and documents
