Ragus Foods designed their own packaging/labelling and marketing material and therefore could offer an additional brand development service to their retail and hospitality clients. During 2007 and 2008 the In-the-jam brand and product range have been exhibited locally at the well-known annual Good Food and Wine Show. Due to overwhelming consumer response Ragus Foods considered the export market and attended the internationally known Africa's Big Seven show under the auspices of MEGA.
MEGA has also exhibited the range in various African countries; the famous SIAL shows (Paris), Russia and has a permanent showcase/presentation of the range at their Johannesburg offices. An USA distributing company has presented In-the-jam at the famous New York Fancy Food Fair in 2008.
Ragus Foods has also introduced and hosted two Food and Wine Shows to create awareness of local suppliers and encourage economic growth and sales for the food industry in Mpumalanga.
Ragus Foods eventually opened a deli, bakery and retail outlet for the In-the-jam product line in White River.
