My relevant admin duties:Filing, ensuring that all client data and contracts are up to date and accurate, identifying leads and assisting in overall revenue growth, customer relations, quotations, power point presentations, telesales, dealing with queries regarding the customer accounts, creating costing spreadsheets: Inputting all costs & income, creating and improving workflow procedures, data capturing. I was recently promoted from assisting the Sales Consultants to assisting the Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor and the new Projects Division. From my experience as a Sales Consultant Assistant I have written and improved some of the current procedures in the Sales Department.
I am a very organized person, who works well in a team or individually. I work well under pressure and have a very good telephone manner. I am exceptionally hardworking and try to work to the best of my ability. My aim in life is to succeed in whichever path I choose and to become the best in my field. I love a challenge and feel that there is no challenge that one cannot face unless you try.
