As a Sales Manager and Customer Service consultant at Faceprint, I worked directly with clients' queries ensuring all urgent and upcoming matters were dealt with timeously and professionally, while still striving to reach the bottom line. My role often required me to be the first person customers' encounter whether on the phone or front of desk, which ensured I always had to be in the know with any new service offerings and be able to think on the spot coming up with solutions and efficient service. I worked directly with the production team and assisted where necessary as part of a productive team.

I worked as a Sales Representative and Support Consultant, where I had an opportunity to build my telemarketing expertise and also think on the spot to make the sale while offering the client the best service possible. I was able to build my confidence as I focused on becoming aligned with the brand values and objectives.
I also have experience as a voice over artist for radio adverts, as well as being the official Swati voice over artist for national Love Life campaigns. This role led me into the media space where I eventually joined Fireworx Productions and began acting in local shows and learned how to manage time, follow instruction and when/how to give input. It's very important to be able to voice your ideas when working in any organisation and this is where I learnt how to do that.
