In just under a space of 2 years working for FNB I have managed to build a name brand for myself.
I'm involved in a lot of activities at work and my main focus that I am passionate about is Learning &
Development (L&D). I partnered with one of the Learning Consultants in November 2013 in designing
a training programme called The Amazing Race where new recruits participate in tasks given to them
to know our business environment.
I have successfully conceptualized, developed, and implemented this innovative training program that
responded quickly to the business needs and trends. This is by far my greatest achievement because
our contact centre is currently running with this programme and I facilitate in it during the best
beginners induction intake on a monthly basis.
I have also successfully completed a learning and Development mentorship programme on where I
was mentored on how to be a Learning and Development specialist and prior to my graduating from
the mentorship programme I was offered a position in the department as a Learning and Development
Administrator .
