I am a 30 years old Graduate, Team Player, career driven, ambitious gentlemen with more than seven years of working experience in Tourism and Hospitality industry, I completed my three year National Diploma Marketing in 2007 with Durban University of Technology (DUT), and I completed my B-Tech degree Marketing in 2011 with UNISA, and currently completing my Master Degree in Marketing.
My experiences includes but not limited to, stakeholder management, customer relationship management, projects coordination, research, procurement policies and adjudication, presentations, travel to national and international tradeshows and many more
I started my career in 2007 with THETA (Tourism, Hospitality & Sport Education Training Authority) internship program as a Sales and Marketing intern with The Three Cities Group Management, the fourth largest Hotel and Tourism Group in Southern Africa; in 2008 I was promoted to Database/Marketing Coordinator based on my excellent performance and my willingness to learn. My academic profile accompanied by years of Marketing in Tourism and hospitality industry experience makes me a perfect candidate for the announced position.
I am currently holding a position of a Marketing Officer with Durban Tourism the eThekwini Municipality Marketing authority –and a registered Masters student in Marketing with University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (UKZN)
