I have been in the Aviation Maintenance for 10 years. My first occupation took place in the engine department where overhauls and repairs took place. This position also included procurement. Here I developed logistic knowledge to quite an extent and became involved in all the processes of production. I then looked at increasing my knowledge and broaden my scope and moved onto Maintenance Planning. All of the above included working with aircraft engines, complete aircraft, engineers and employees at all levels. I then pursued to a management level where I could utilize my skills to full potential. I am dynamic and enjoy working with people as when a group of people/employees work together toward a common goal the result is definitely more successful which definitely adds to job satisfaction.
