Jonathan is an innovation executive and has a serious passion for connecting inventors with investors. He was also the Executive for the 6th Annual SA Innovation Summit hosted at the IDC in Sandton and a recent addition to the Durban Digital Day team, holding the position of Chief Plan Hatcher.

Jonathan is also the founder of Invent SA, a platform that connects Inventors with Investors, as well as the MD of J Darker Consultancy, an innovation, management and alternate income generation consultancy company.

With over 12k followers on Twitter and a strong relationship network with some of South Africa's most influential business stakeholders, Jonathan is in the habit of opening doors. He will be delivering a keynote speech at Durban Digital Day and will be leading the TEDx Durban team in 2014.

Jonathan has appeared on Morning Live, ENCA and eTV News and has been interviewed on SAFM and Lesedi FM and is recognized as a leader in his field.

Jonathan is also a member of the South African Innovation Network (SAINE) and ambassador to Geekulcha.
