Career Goals
Within the next 5 years, I aspire to ascend to a Senior Managerial position within a Large organisation, managing a minimum of 10 to 20 people in my team. This will be achieved through the following aims:
• By the end of the first year, I will make the Training Department to get an above-average performance rating because, I strive for the best Employee Training & Development and its integrity that will make a human capital that will add value to the business as opposed to a non profit making department
• By the end of the second year, I must complete a formal leadership course in order to acquire more leadership skills
• By the end of the third year, after acquiring more authority within the company, I will create, develop and achieve an employee development project in order to win recognition from senior management
• By the end of the fourth year, I will secure a Higher Senior Management position within the organisation
• By the end of five years, I will get a raise to earn at least over R 700.000 per annum
• Within the next 5 years, I will complete the highest qualifications within the HR and OD-ETDP fields
