Founder & CEO at The Rhinos Are Coming spreading awareness and raising funds about the plight of our rhinos. Collaborates with companies who sponsor and artists who paint life size Rhino sculptures which are exhibited all around the V&A Waterfront complex and at company premises.
Janice Ashby founded The Janice Ashby Design Partnership a design firm that created successful brands for some of the leading companies in South Africa. Starting up in 1967 the company eventually had two offices, one in Cape Town and another in Johannesburg. the company closed in 1987 after Ms Ashby was offered a position in New York City to start a branding design group for Saatchi & Saatchi. Returned to Cape Town in 2011 and registered a non profit company called The Rhinos Are Coming in 2016. Ashby now lives and works in Cape Town and has two adult children Nicholas and Alexandra and three grand children.
