I have 11 years experience in a contact centre, this includes being a debt collector.
I then moved on to being a credit controller with more responsibilities than my previous post as I dealt with queries, data capturing customer/clients personal information dealt directly with clients and stakeholders and did telephonic debt collections.
In more recent years I worked at Wonga, I started as a collections agent working from a dialer - doing collections on arrears balances. At the same company I worked in a blended environment attending to customer queries about accounts assisted when having online site issues and/or loan specific requests.
Thereafter I applied for a position in the complaints department as a support agent of which I dealt with triaging complaints, lodging a complaint on behalf of the customer and also creating refunds/redress if a complaint was upheld by the company.
