I had a long and rewarding 25 year career in the Insurance industry with Absa Financial Services and Insurance Company where my delegation and managerial skills were finely honed.
As a team leader in the Claims environment I had a staff complement of 12 reporting to me at the inbound call centre set-up. My long term experience in the service industry has taught me to meet and exceed each customer`s expectations. I see myself as an excellent supervisor who achieved ongoing success with her team. My leadership qualities give me the unique ability to achieve results through the empowerment of my staff in any given situation. For several years in succession I had the enviable reputation of achieving the highest results in the country during the annual national ABSA Insurance Company departmental audits. One of the most rewarding privileges assigned to me was being selected to deal with high profile clients within ABSA's Private Banking sector.
