• Receiving and welcoming of clients (Internal and external)
• Booking access and parking as per requests from managers and head of departments
• Managing the reservations and confirmations of meeting rooms, lounges as well as the Auditoriums.
• Emailing the reservation confirmations, cancellations and managing of all updates for the meeting room bookings.
• Assisting the necessary organiser who have booked the facilities to compile meeting packs
• Printing necessary documents for meetings and presentations.
• Faxing and scanning of necessary documents/presentation as required.
• Logging of Maintenance calls and logistics (Furniture, hardware, building equipment and technical)
• Maintaining the reception area
• Administrating the set-up of Presentations as well as facilitating the connectivity for Conferences (Video and Tele-Conferencing) as well the dialling up of these conferences
• Drawing up the Month-End usage reports and necessary stats for management
