The objective of the Insights Team is to support 5one's relationship with Pick n Pay by delivering actionable customer insights into the heart of the business. This includes supporting the longer term strategic initiatives with customer insight as well as the everyday tactical decisions in a fast paced grocery retail environment.
As part of the broader insights team I play an integral role in strategic and retail analytical projects. I deliver post campaign analysis using 5one propriety software, as well as bespoke SAS analytics.
