RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Management and Execution of all promotional processes
• Compile and maintain the Promo Master for all promotions
• Prepare all costing sheets for promotions
• Single handily checked, verified and loaded the following broadsheets
1. Winter Big Save - 40 pager
2. Winter & Baby - 32 pager
3. Value you can trust - 12 pager
4. Healthy Living - 48 pager
5. Christmas 1 - 56 pager
6. Christmas 2 - 24 pager
• Dissemination of information for all Deals & BOGOF
• Loading of bonus buys
1. Loading of discounts at till point
2. Loading 2+1 free deals
3. Loading instant benefits
4. Loading 1 for 2 for deals
• Dealing with all promotional and bonus buy queries
• Loading of all Promo's on SAP
• Checking if articles are loaded on other promo's on SAP
• Checking Point of sale, making sure there are no spelling or pricing errors
• Promotions consisting of Broadsheets, TV, Radio, Green Light, Supersavers,
• Response Adverts
1. Checking competitors broadsheets and matching their pricing
2. Making sure that before responding we are not going to trade below cost
3. Matching competitors pricing on the same day that their broadsheet starts
4. Loading and forcing down pricing to all stores
• New Store openings
1. Loading store specific specials for new stores
2. Sending point of sale
3. Assisting new store with all queries
• Controlling all Promo Price Adjustments of SAP
• Communicating to Stakeholders and Stores of promotional details
• Resolution of all HEAT Calls logged
• Dealing with Master data queries
