I am able to work independently, have discipline in reaching deadlines, am able to communicate at all levels, goal driven and can work under pressure. Having been involved in community work and development projects from an early age I have sharpened my interpersonal skills, team building and ability to organize events.
I am dedicated to social change, I am leadership-oriented with a strong work ethic and moral compass, a creative problem solver who is effective at conflict resolution, as well as creating positive solutions, identifying efficient methods to correct situations, and following through to implementation and completion. I am also an exceptional interpersonal communicator who collaborates effectively with individuals at all levels. Lastly, I am disciplined, and a highly organized self starter who is able to coordinate, manage and juggle multiple tasks when necessary, I am also committed, with a drive towards success and excellence.
