DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
-Assist with drafting and placing of advertisements for vacant posts on the Careers system
-Advertise vacancies on the company's system
-Screen potential candidate's CVs
-Coordinate logistics arrangement for interviews, send out interview invites
-Identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts for successful
candidates.
-Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events.
-Conduct pre-employment verification checks on MIE
-Send out regret letters to unsuccessful candidates
-Compiling daily reports on open and closed vacancies
-Induction of new employees
-Assist with interviews for lower positions.
-Completing Invoices on SAP (PO & MIGO)
Administration:
-Terminating employees on SAP
-Re-entry completion on SAP
-Loading new employees on SAP
