PROFILE
I studied at Witwatersrand Technikon and achieved a Food & Clothing Technology Diploma. Worked as a consultant for four years in two different restaurant environments, have been in Operations for one of the largest industrial international catering companies, at Compass Group SA, for a period of 18years and 5 months and have 3 years magazine experience as a Home Economist at Rooi Rose Magazine. My strengths are working with people, professionalism in the business environment, attention to detail, training in the industry, implementation of new initiatives, and excellence in the implementation and follow through of business plans. Client and customer service have always been my priority, as satisfied customers build successful businesses.
Other experiences include; I consult as an assistant food stylist; I kept up with current trends by belonging to SACA (chef association) in the industrial catering environment and I love organizing and co-ordinating events.
