*Make copies of bid documents to be issued
*Issuing of tender documents to public
*Compile and maintain various databases (i.e. tender documents issued)
*Customer liaison (tender window)
*Categorize tender files in chronological order
*Opening of tender box
*Stamping of documents after Bid opening
*Verify contractors registration on various databases (i.e. CIDB and WCSD)
*Administrative support services
*Making out of unsuccessful, extension, non-responsive, late tender, failed functionality, invalid and wrong tender box letters and mailing it to the various bidders
*Responsible for leave forms
*Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices and procedures
*Experience in scanning and filing
*Making out of cancellation letters
*Experience of working as a PA
*Responsible for piggy back HEALTH packages: structuring of documents and mailing it to various contractors and responsible for the rest of what should be done relating the piggy back packages
*Experience of taking minutes for meetings held
