? Developing floor plans and displays in order to maximize sales. Create visual interest to attract, engage, and motivate the customers towards making a purchase. Coordinates the display exhibits in all parts of a retail store. Decide the monthly theme and feel of the stores, evoke that environment through visual displays.
? Plan, brief and coordinate printed as well is digital media.
? Human resources - managing all activities with regards to store staff including work contracts, hours worked, salaries, ensure all operations coincide with good practises as set out by the Department of Labour.
