After my arrival in Nov 2009 in Joburg, I stumbled upon something which was a Hub in becoming. I took the opportunity to support the development of this Hub, which has in the meanwhile evolved in a lifework. The Hub Joburg will make sure to contribute to its own, unique context. In practice this means we'll bring together people from different social and cultural backgrounds, thereby bridging the socio-economic divide. Furthermore we will facilitate our members by providing skills development programs and we are part of Joburg's inner city regeneration. My background is industrial engineering and management science and I've gained some three years of work experience in the field of organisational development in several industries, my latest being health care innovation.
