I work day (and night), to implement marketing and communication plans for Guinot. My job demands that I'm good at everything from being Brand Custodian, to the day to day administration it takes to keep this well respected skincare brand moving. I have a stable home, I live with my partner of 8 years and my two children (20 and 16 years old). I'm a quiet person, with a deep love of nature and people.
January 2013 to Present:
Responsible for the Marketing of both skincare products, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key goals: manage a profitable brand, provide sales support, manage stock, manage communication with French prinicples, build, manage and protect the brand.
Running financial reports off Pastel, communicating this to the team (five sales executives) and translating this information into presentations and working documents.
Coordinate education for the brand, and coordinating the Brand Educators diary for training in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban.
